Lisbon Sightseeing Tram
How Does it Work?
With the Lisbon sightseeing tram ticket, you can enjoy the city’s most iconic mode of transport. The tram route takes 1 hour in total and stops at the following locations: Praça do Comércio, Graça, Portas do Sol (very close to São Jorge Castle), Sé (Lisbon Cathedral), Rua da Conceição, Camões, and Estrela. Keep in mind that from February to October, the tour doesn’t make stops and runs straight through.
The ticket is valid for 24 hours from the first time it’s used. For example, if you use it on a Tuesday at 1 pm, it will remain valid until 1 pm on Wednesday.

Please note that the tram tour is scenic, so you won't be able to hop off at any stop.
Schedule & Departure Point
The Lisbon streetcar runs a single 1-hour route that operates daily at the following times:
- From 9:30 am to 6:45 pm every 25 minutes.
The route starts from stop 1 of the route (Plaza del Comercio).
Special Dates
- October 21 to 27, 2025: the tour will last one hour and 40 minutes, following this order: Praça do Comércio, Prata, Praça da Figueira, Fanqueiros, Rua da Conceição, Lisbon Cathedral, Portas do Sol, Graça, Portas do Sol, Cathedral, Rua da Conceição, Chiado, Camões, Estrela, Lapa, Santos, Cais do Sodré, and Praça do Comércio. Tram departures will be less frequent and there won’t be fixed schedules, but staff will help you with figuring out departure times.
- October 28 to November 6, 2025: the tram will not be in service on these dates.
